• Is TicketsToDo a legitimate site to buy attraction tickets?

  Yes. TicketsToDo is operated by two registered companies: Digital Conversions Media FZCO in Dubai, UAE, and Digital Conversions Media, Inc. in Delaware, USA. We participate in Google’s Things to do programme, which allows eligible booking partners to display attraction and activity offers on Google. Customer reviews are published publicly on Trustpilot.

• How do I book tickets on TicketsToDo?

  Search for the attraction, tour or experience you want, pick your date and ticket option, and click Book Now. Enter your details, choose a payment method and complete payment. Your ticket is sent by email once the booking is confirmed. If you would rather book with help, our team can do it with you over chat or WhatsApp.

• Are attraction tickets cheaper online than at the gate?

  Online prices can be lower than gate prices, depending on the attraction, date and ticket type. Booking ahead also lets you compare options and secure popular time slots before they sell out. The activity page shows the ticket price and any applicable charges before you complete payment.

• How do I get my ticket, and do I need to print it?

  Your ticket is emailed to you once your booking is confirmed, usually within 30 minutes. No printing is needed for most attractions. Show the QR code on your phone at the gate. Where an operator requires a printed voucher or an exchange at a ticket desk, that is stated on the activity page before you book.

• Can I cancel or change my booking?

  It depends on the ticket. Each activity page states its own cancellation window before you book, and many allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before your visit. To cancel, enter your order number on our refund page. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

• Can I book a ticket for the same day?

  For many attractions, yes. Same-day and next-day slots are available where the operator has live availability, and confirmation is usually immediate. Timed-entry attractions such as observation decks and museums sell out earlier, so book those ahead. The activity page shows the next bookable date before you pay.

• What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

  We accept major credit and debit cards. Buy Now, Pay Later may be available at checkout, depending on your location and booking. Prices can be shown in over 40 currencies, including USD, GBP, EUR, AED, SAR and INR. You are charged in the currency you select.
