  • Conciergerie provide you with visitor documents translated into 11 languages. 
  • Conciergerie provide Histopad tool that is given to you at the entrance is translated into 6 languages. Its distribution stops at 4:30 p.m.
  • Take advantage of the exceptional setting of the Conciergerie to organize your events.

How To Use

  • You can present your ticket as either a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket, whichever is more convenient for you.
  • Your Conciergerie Tickets are only valid during the specified period mentioned in the selected package. Make sure to check the dates and times of validity to plan your visit accordingly.

FAQs

  • Is there a cloakroom or locker room to leave you belongings?

    No luggage, scooters (for adults and children), or motorcycle helmets are allowed inside. We recommend making arrangements in advance.

  • i have a stroller, is this a problem?

    Not at all, but access to the monument is only via stairs. You can bring a baby carrier.

  • Are there many steps on the tour route?

    To enter the Conciergerie, there are 14 steps down and 20 steps up, with an access ramp available. The Revolutionary route has 15 steps up and 15 steps down. Seats are available along the tour.
