Pregnant women are not allowed due to safety reasons.
If you're shorter than 180 cm, then your weight should be less than 105 kg. However, if you're taller than 180 cm, you should weigh less than 115 kg.

Remove jewellery before taking up the activity.
If you have long hair, please tie it up.

Who can fly?

They welcome flyers of all ages and abilities! As long as you’re reasonably fit and healthy then you can prepare for take-off, although we do ask you check the list of criteria below before you book. Helping you achieve the dream of flight is always our goal, so we’ll do everything we can to make that dream a reality!
Can I take camera on my flight?

Unfortunately, They cannot allow flyers to take cameras in with them for security reasons, including GoPro cameras with suitable attachments. The good news is they take our own high-quality photos and videos, so you can still get the chance to share your flight with friends and family.
Can I fly with my own jumpsuit and helmet?

Yes, as long as they are in good order. All we ask is that there is no camera attached to your helmet.
Can two people fly in the tunnel?

Two people can fly together, as long as the instructor is happy that both have adequate flying skills.
Do I need to pay for an instructor?

No – all our coaches are here to teach you and keep you safe, so there is no additional coaching fee.
What’s the minimum amount of time I can book?

The minimum booking time is two minutes, but times can be booked in five-minute increments. That means you can book a 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60-minute session.
Can I buy gift vouchers online?

For the time being, gift vouchers can only be purchased in-store.
