Rules:

  • Access is restricted to the Toti submarine and Falck Room.
  • Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs and support dogs with valid IAA certification.
  • Museum visitors are not permitted to carry large bags or scooters with them.
  • Amateur photos and videos (no flash or tripod) are allowed. Professional photography and videos require written authorization.

  • The museum is accessible with elevators, stair lifts, and available wheelchairs.
  • Enter via the main entrance (Via San Vittore 21) and request assistance.
  • Changing tables are available on levels 1 and 2 of the Monumental Building, level 0 of the Air and Water Transport Building, and in the Olona Building.
  • Family-friendly toilets and a pushchair storage area are located on level 1 of the Monumental Building.
  • Free pushchairs are available at the entrance to the Museum (courtesy of CYBEX).
  • There are several lounge areas inside the Museum.
  • A public snack and picnic area is available on Level M0 of the Monumental Building for food and beverages.
  • The area features tables, chairs, and vending machines for food and beverages.
  • Bring your own lunch to enjoy at the picnic tables in the outdoor gallery of the second cloisters.
  • There are lockers of various sizes near the entrance to store belongings like suitcases and helmets.
  • Pushchairs and scooters may also be stored in this area, in either special lockers or specific unattended spaces.
  • There is another unattended storage area for pushchairs near the picnic area on level 0 of the Monumental Building.
  • People can register for free access to the "MUST-Guest" Wi-Fi network inside the Museum.
  • Two "Charge me" stations are available: one on level 1 of the Monumental Building near the entrance, and another in the Olona Building next to the MUST Shop.
