  • Do not leave guests' belongings unattended.
  • No outside food or beverage is permitted in the park.
  • Please follow the dress code posted in the appropriate areas of the park, including those about swimwear.

Know Before You Go

Entry & Services:

  • Guests must put on the purchased wristband at the ticketing counter before entry and must wear it at all times while in the park.
  • Purchased wristbands are only good for one entry.
  • Guests are not permitted to transfer their wristbands and are not permitted to re-enter the park once they have left.
  • Under no circumstances will park tickets/wristbands be refunded.
  • Guests must follow all safety rules and regulations posted at each attraction/ride, as well as any other directions issued by the Company regarding the use of the relevant facilities/equipment.
  • Some rides have minimum height requirements.
  • Certain facilities may be inaccessible to people with certain medical conditions.
  • The Management is not liable for any loss or damage to a guest's belongings.
  • Lockers are available for rent in the park for the convenience of customers and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Tube rentals are first come, first served. Tubes are the property of the Lost World of Tambun and must not be removed from their designated locations.
  • Snorkels, masks, flippers, and other large outside flotation devices are not permitted in the pools. In the park, pets, weapons, glass objects, and/or sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
  • Management is unable to make announcements to guests over the public address system.
  • Please plan a meeting time and location before entering the park. At any time, the Company reserves the right to refuse entry or evict anyone from the park.
  • Without prior notice, the Management reserves the right to change the operating hours, close any part of the park, limit the number of visitors, or cancel or amend any activity.
  • The Management reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as needed.
  • All visitors agree that their admission to the park and use of the facilities and equipment at Lost World of Tambun are entirely at their own risk.
  • The admission ticket grants access to ALL parks, including all rides, activities, and attractions. Pay-per-ride activities are not eligible.
  • Pay-per-ride, tube, and locker rentals are charged separately and are not included in the entrance tickets.
