  • Visitors under 18 years old and disabled persons holding a disability card or a "priority" card, accompanied by a person, can enter for free. Free tickets can be obtained on-site.
  • Free and open wifi is available to all visitors.
  • Cloakrooms are provided for free to drop off coats, small luggage, and other items with compulsory deposit. Maximum cabin size baggage (56x45x25 cm) is allowed; valuables are not accepted.
  • Wheelchairs, folding seats, and usable canes are available. Baby carriages with a metal frame are not accepted, but strollers are available in the cloakroom. These facilities require a piece of identification.
  • Elevators and ramps make the entire museum circuit, temporary exhibitions, and commercial areas accessible to people with reduced mobility and strollers.
  • The museum is equipped with numerous sanitary facilities, some adapted for disabled people.
  • A baby changing area is provided on level -1, on the adult group reception side.
