Cancellation Policy:

Refunds and cancellations are not applicable for these tickets.

Rules:

Kindly arrive on time as there is strictly no extension of play time.
Children must be in good health to enter. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears unwell.
Fully-covered grip socks are compulsory for all children and fully covered socks for adults upon entering the park premises.
Management reserves the right to impose a $10 clean-up and sanitisation charge for incidents such as vomiting or urine leaks.
Management reserves the right to use images/videos captured onsite for professional and marketing purposes.
All staff must be treated with respect. Hurtful comments and gestures will not be tolerated.
Parents and guardians are to adhere strictly to instructions during the period of play.
Damages caused by bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be charged to the guests at 60% of the retail price.
Parents and Guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Owners, Management and Staff of Pororo Park Singapore will not be liable for any injury or casualty sustained in the playground.
No outside food and drinks allowed.
Drugs and alcohol are not permitted in the park. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol (intoxicated) will not be allowed entry into the park.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the park.

Park Capacity and Impact on Access:

If the park reaches capacity for any event or on a normal operating day, we reserve the right to close the park to further guests. Whilst this is very inconvenient, it is necessary for the guest's experience, health, and safety. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Know Before You Go

Entry & Services:

Each admission is valid for one child under 12 years and one accompanying adult only.
On weekends, the adult-to-child ratio is strictly 2:1. On weekdays, up to 4 adults can accompany one child to meet the park's capacity limit.
Admission is per entry. No re-entry for children, but adults may re-enter if another adult is present to supervise.
DreamUs Edutainment Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for any injuries caused by improper manner of play.
No exchanging of adults is allowed at any point in time. Additional adults will be chargeable at $10.
Parents or caregivers must actively supervise children at all times when in the playground.
Re-entry is allowed for all guests.

How To Use

You can present either a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Food and Drinks are available at Loopy’s Café which is located inside the park.
Are the attractions safe for young children?

Yes, all attractions are designed with safety in mind, featuring soft play areas and age-appropriate activities.
Where is the nearest carpark/drop-off point?
The nearest carpark would be at the Red Zone and nearest drop-off point would be next to Carl’s Junior/7-11.
Are there any toilets/nursing room inside the park?

There are no toilets located inside the park however, we do have a nursing room located in the park. The nearest toilet would be located inside Marina Square.
