Rules:

Animals are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs.
Wedding photography is not permitted inside the Palace.
Only small bags (max 30x30x15 cm) are allowed in the Palace.
Large backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas, helmets, and child carriers are not permitted.
Photography is allowed without flash.
Filming, vlogging, or the use of tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed.

Entry & Services:

Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Free for children aged 0-17. Please present a valid ID upon entry.
Group Size: 1-15 participants.
The Palace is easily accessible to visitors with special needs and wheelchair users.
Facilities include a lift, accessible toilets, wheelchairs, and walking sticks.
Free guidebooks for deaf or hard-of-hearing visitors are available at the ticket desk in English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian.
A visit will take about an hour.
A multimediatour is free, subject to availability.
Larger bags must be stored in our free cloakroom.
Luggage storage is available at the Beurs van Berlage. Wheelchairs, rollators, prams, and walking sticks are welcome.
There are no cafe facilities inside the Palace, but many cafes and restaurants are nearby.
The rest of the Palace remains open to the public during exhibitions.
