  • Photography is allowed without flash.
  • Filming, vlogging, or the use of tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed.

  • The Palace is easily accessible to visitors with special needs and wheelchair users.

  • Free guidebooks for deaf or hard-of-hearing visitors are available at the ticket desk in English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian.
  • A visit will take about an hour.
  • A multimediatour is free, subject to availability.
  • Larger bags must be stored in our free cloakroom.
  • Luggage storage is available at the Beurs van Berlage. Wheelchairs, rollators, prams, and walking sticks are welcome.
  • There are no cafe facilities inside the Palace, but many cafes and restaurants are nearby.
  • The rest of the Palace remains open to the public during exhibitions.
