Nursing rooms are at KidzWorld, Reptile Garden, and the main entrance.
Diaper changing facilities are at multiple locations, including KidzWorld and Ah Meng Restaurant.
Rent strollers, wagons, and use complimentary wheelchairs at the park entrance.
First aid stations are at the main entrance and KidzWorld for unwell visitors.
Use rental lockers at River Wonders Entrance Plaza for belongings.

Take the MRT to any station, then transfer to a connecting bus to Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
Mandai City Express (Big Bus Tours) operates Thursday–Sunday with citywide pickup points for a direct ride to Mandai Wildlife Reserve.

By Shuttle:

Mandai Khatib Shuttle runs every 15 minutes (20 minutes from 11:00 pm–12:00 am). 20-minute ride from Khatib MRT (NS14).

By Car:

Use Grab, Gojek, TADA, or Ryde to book a ride to/from Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
Hail a taxi or book through local taxi services for direct access.
