FAQs

  • Is there WiFi on board?

Yes, WiFi is available on all our buses and boats.

  • Do the buses/boats have an open rooftop?

Buses are not allowed to have open rooftops because of all the tram lines around the city. Boats may open their rooftops if the weather allows it.

  • Are pets allowed on board?

No, unless it's a guide dog. Many of the stops where you'll be hopping off don't allow any animals, but will make provisions for a guide dog.

  • Can I bring a stroller on board?

Preferably, it is best to leave them behind. But if you want to bring them, they are allowed on the bus only and with the exception that they need to be folded.

  • Are the buses/boats wheelchair friendly?

Most buses are accessible for disabled passengers and those with reduced mobility, though access may be challenging during crowded times. Boats are accessible if passengers can manage two steps to board and disembark.

  • How long do the routes take?

    Bus route: 60-70 minutes.
    Boat route: 2 hours.
