Wheelchairs are permitted with strict fire safety regulations. Only two individuals with wheelchairs are allowed at a time.
Assistance dogs are allowed.
Children aged 2 and below can enter for free, while those under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. No age restriction to visit.

Take tram lines 2, 4, 12, 13, or 17 to the Dam stop. The museum is a short walk from there.

By Metro:

Use any metro line to Nieuwmarkt or Amsterdam Centraal station, then walk to Dam Square (about 5–10 minutes).

By Train:

Arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, which is just a 10-minute walk from Dam Square. You can also take a tram from the station to Dam Square if you prefer not to walk.
