About Ski Dubai
Boasting 22,500 square meters of the indoor ski area, Ski Dubai is the first indoor ski resort in Dubai. Based in the Mall of Emirates, it offers exceptional snow quality all year round. Opened in November 2005, it is the third-largest indoor ski slope in the world. The indoor resort features an 85-meter high indoor mountain with 5 slopes of varying steepness and difficulty, including a 400-meter-long run. The entire slope is covered with at least three feet of snow, generated with patented snowmakers that mimic the natural process of snowfall. The snowmakers deliver real, high-quality snowflakes to the slope and surrounding areas. The left-hand side of the slope is mainly a straight run designed for professional snow activities. It is the most ideal place to be in if you are somebody who loves snow and thrilling activities or if you want to experience what it feels like to be in a cold region.
