Breakfast is served before takeoff, featuring coffee or tea and a selection of light snacks to keep you going during your journey.
The air balloon is a zen experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for anything.

Souvenir photos will be available for those who wish to purchase.
Departure time is 4:30 AM. Passengers are requested to arrive before the selected time for pick-up.

Covid-19 Guidelines:

All visitors must wear a face mask in public areas including monuments and temples.
Guides who have contact with the public must also wear a face mask.
Hand sanitizer is made available to all staff and visitors at points of entry, throughout the site, and in any high-traffic areas of the site.
Gear/equipment is regularly sanitized before it is used again.

Pick-up from all Hotels in Cappadocia: Accommodation details must be provided on reservation or at least one day before from flight by 04.00 PM. We can not pick up guest from Kayseri city. You have to pay extra for pick up from Kayseri.

Hot air balloons in Turkey are licensed aircraft that must meet certain standards. All the pilots flying the balloon must have a certain level of training and experience, as well as be of a certain age and health. All Hot air balloon companies must have insurance coverage as well.
How high do the balloons go?

The maximum altitude at which the Cappadocia balloons go is about 6000 ft and it is limited by Turkish Civil Aviation for the balloons in Cappadocia.
What happens when there are bad weather conditions?

Cappadocia has pleasant weather all throughout the year, but during bad weather or climate, your tickets might get cancelled last minute. Since ballooning is a weather-dependent activity.
