Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the activity's start time.
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator may cancel the booking. If this occurs, you can reschedule or request a full refund.
Once you've participated in any activity, visited an attraction, or used a ticket, refunds are not available.
