Insider Tips

Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before tour time.
Due to time restrictions, our guides cannot wait for any guests arriving late.
Failure to arrive on time will result in missing the tour and we will not be able to process a refund.
Hotel transfers are not provided.
You will be introduced to your HERO (up to 2 people self-driven boat) and receive your life vest.
An inflatable safety vest is provided to all guests during the safety briefing.
We actively monitor the sea conditions and will only contact you if weather conditions are not suitable.
Your Guide will explain the proposed route after conducting the mandatory safety briefing.
No boat license is required however, A valid photo ID is required by the coast guard when checking in.

Know Before You Go

Entry & services:

Dress code: Swimwear or garments that can get wet just in case.
Not recommended for participants with back problems, heart complaints, pregnant women.
Please bring towels, sunglasses, and sunscreen - no shoes are allowed on our HERO boats.
All HERO boats can carry two people.
Minimum age is 18 years to drive the HERO boats. Children must be 6 years and accompanied by an adult.
Maximum weight allowed is 225kg per boat.
