Rules:

  • Non-professional photography and videography are allowed inside the museum. However, the use of flash, camera stand, or tripod is not allowed.
  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Know Before You Go

Entry and Services:

  • Anyone can enter the museum for free every first Sunday of the month.
  • This activity is wheelchair-accessible.
  • You must download the POP-Guide app on your smartphone before joining the tour.
  • The APP users must be provided with their smartphone.
  • You will receive an app code and the skip-the-line ticket from the museum staff at the meet-up location.
  • To collect the audio guide inside the museum, you have to show the original copy of your identity card or passport. They will keep your ID document until the end of the visit when you will return the audio guide.
  • Audioguide is not available for children aged 0-6.

How To Use

  • You can present either a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket.
  • Tickets are only valid during the period specified.
  • You can enter the attraction directly with this ticket.

    The Uffizi Galleries offer opportunities for families with children and teenagers, on their own or on guided tours.

  • Can I take photos of artworks?

    Within our buildings visitors are permitted to take amateur photos and videos for personal or research purposes. The use of flash, stands, tripods or selfie sticks is prohibited.

  • Can I change my booking? What happens if I'm late?

    Booking changes are not allowed. If you are late, you will still be able to collect your ticket, but priority admission is not guaranteed.
