The tour is not wheelchair-accessible.
Leave heavy luggage outside for convenience.
The Cu Chi Tunnels are not suitable for pregnant guests.
Not recommended for those with medical conditions like heart disease.
Guests weighing over 90kg may find the tunnels difficult to navigate.
Prepare food and drinks (snacks, cookies, bread, water) before you go.
Dress appropriately and bring insect repellent due to mosquitoes.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, with each paying adult allowed to accompany up to three children.
Certain works may be unavailable due to maintenance.
The venue is dimly lit, with uneven or unstable footing areas.
Visitors with children are responsible for their safety and supervision.
There are no restrooms or break areas in the exhibition.
Due to the nature of the artwork, there are some flashing lights and loud noises.
Visitors with luggage over 50cm in length are asked to leave their belongings in the coin lockers on the 1st or 3rd floors.
Visitor capacity for wheelchairs is limited, so you may be asked to wait before entering.
