Water bottles are allowed onboard, but no other food or drinks are permitted.
Service dogs are permitted on board.

Know Before You Go

Entry and Services:

Check in at the Aquaduck store 20 minutes before your tour departure time.
There are no toilets onboard; please use the restroom before checking in.
Tours depart on time, and late arrivals will forfeit their tickets with no refunds.
Seating is pre-allocated by Aquaduck staff.
Abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Infants (0–1 years) ride free on a guardian's lap but must be included in your booking.
Prams and strollers are not allowed on the Duck, and there is no storage available. Please leave them in your car or accommodation.
The 5:45 PM and 6:00 PM tours take place during twilight and return at night. Junior Skippers (kids driving) activities are not available on these tours.
The Aquaduck vessels are not wheelchair accessible.

How To Use

You can present either a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket.
Aquaduck Gold Coast Tickets are only valid during the period specified in the selected package.

How long does the tour go for?

Your Aquaduck tour lasts for 1 hour, starting and ending at Aquaduck HQ, Shop 34, Circle on Cavill, Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
Is the Aquaduck ride a river cruise or a city tour?

Lucky for you it’s both. As we are a bus and a boat you get two tours for the price of one. The Aquaduck tour spends approx 40mins on the water and 20mins on the road.
What time is check in?

Check-in time is 20 minutes prior to departure. Failure to check in on time may result in your tickets being forfeit.
Can kids drive on the 5:30pm tour?

Please note: The 5:30pm tour will leave during twilight, and return at night. For safety reasons the kids may not be able to drive the duck on the water.
