Rules:

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire ArtVo premises.
No person affected by, or who appears to management to be affected by alcohol or drugs, will be permitted entry to ArtVo or be permitted to remain on the premises.
No food or alcoholic beverage of any nature may be taken onto or consumed in the ArtVo premises.
Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited on the premises, except for guide, hearing, and assistance dogs.
Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times on the premises.
Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times at ArtVo premises. Persons who fail to comply will not be permitted entry into the premises.
No running is permitted on or in the vicinity of the ArtVo premises or anywhere within the ArtVo premises.

Entry and Services:

Wheelchair & strollers accessible.
Children 11 and under must be supervised by a teacher, parent, or guardian (16+) and remain under their care at all times at ArtVo.
Any videos, photographs, or sound recordings taken by you whilst on the premise
Patrons need to bring their smartphones and cameras to take photos.

How To Use

You can present either a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket.
ArtVo Museum Tickets are only valid during the period specified in the selected package.
You can enter the attraction directly with this ticket.

Robina Town Centre is easily accessed by car with over 6,800 free car parking spaces available. Car access is from the Pacific Highway/M1 Motorway, Robina Parkway and Christine Avenue.
