Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infants can ride for free if seated on an adult's lap.
Smoking is not permitted aboard the vehicle.
Food is not allowed, but water bottles are encouraged.
Tours operate in most weather conditions; however, in extreme weather, tours may be rescheduled or canceled.
Pets are generally not allowed unless they are service animals.

How long does the tour take?

Tours take about 1 hr and 5 minutes on average. 45 minutes of this time is spent on the water.
I have a baby under 1 years old. Is this tour suitable to bring bubs aboard?

Yes. Babies 0 and 1 years old are required to be held on the parent's lap at all times. They also go on the tour free of charge.
Will I get wet? Do I need to bring my swimmers?

No, you are not likely to get wet, and swimmers are not required.
Can food be brought on board?

Food is not provided and cannot be consumed onboard. However, you're welcome to bring a water bottle.
Do you operate if it is raining?

Quack'rDuck has see-through blinds that cover the openings, keeping passengers dry and comfortable.
Can I take my well trained quiet lap dog on board?

We do not allow pets on board. Only registered service dogs may board the Quack'R'Duck tour.
Is the Duck bus wheel chair accessible?

Unfortunately, the Quack'r'Duck does not have wheelchair accessibility.
