Casual, appropriate attire is required. Swimwear is not allowed unless covered by suitable clothing.
Shoes must be worn at all times.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety.
External food and beverages are not permitted inside the SkyPoint Observation Deck.
Visitors must follow all safety signs and staff instructions during their visit.
SkyPoint may refuse entry to anyone they deem to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval.
Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are not permitted inside the Observation Deck. Smaller bags may be subject to inspection.

Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
SkyPoint may close or limit access to certain areas in adverse weather conditions for safety reasons. Always check for weather updates before visiting.
Food and drink can be purchased at the SkyPoint Bar and Bistro.
Photography is allowed for personal use only.
The attraction is open only to visitors aged 18 and above after 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. A smart casual dress code is required.
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time. Check the official website for the daily opening hours and closure dates prior to your visit.
The Observation Deck is wheelchair accessible. Special assistance can be provided upon request.
SkyPoint reserves the right to change operating hours at any time.
The car park entry is 2.2 metres high. Register your car details in the SkyPoint lobby.
The lift is 1.6 Metres wide and 2.3 Metres deep. The buttons have tactile and Braille and there is an audio descriptor which provides a commentary about the building on the way up.
There is a left-hand unisex accessible toilet on the Observation Deck level.
To participate in the climb, you should have a general level of fitness and be able to climb independently in all weather conditions.
The climb involves ascending and descending approximately 140 steps at a 30-degree angle to reach the summit.
