All children aged 0 to 7 years must be accompanied by an adult who is 18+.
Children who are 8 years or above can enter the premises and enjoy the experience without an adult. However, during admission, an adult must accompany the child to the entrance.
Parents or guardians when leaving kids of 8 to 14 years, ensure to leave your contact details to the management. You need to at least provide 2 contact numbers and an email id.
During pick-up, KidZania London allows guardians who have dropped the child at the premises or accompanied them. In rare cases, if you appoint someone to pick up your kid, ensure to leave their name at the check-in. The person coming to pick the child should provide valid photo identification.
Only assistance animals are allowed.
