Arrive at the Mail Rail Lower Ground Floor at the time of your ticket.
Service animals with valid identification are allowed inside the venue.
You can take a break for snacks and refreshments at the museum’s accredited family-friendly cafe.
The Postal Museum and Mail Rail exhibitions are accessible to wheelchair users.
Visitors of all ages are welcome to ride, but children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
Small spaces, motion, loud noises, and flashing lights may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to these factors.
You can book your tickets with us to avoid standing in line!
You are not permitted to ride Mail Rail after the 04:00 pm Sorted! Session.
The exhibitions at the museum are open until 05:00 pm.
You must be able to walk 100m unaided to ride on Mail Rail.
Your visit starts at Mail Rail, please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the timeslot shown on your ticket.
