Know Before You Go

Operating Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 12:00 pm - 05:00 pm.
Friday - Sundays (and Bank Holidays / School Holidays): 10:00 am - 06:00 pm.
The Slide will open 1 hour after the attraction opens.

Entry & Services:

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The family ticket is valid for a group with a minimum of 2 children aged 8 to 16.
Students must present their valid student ID.
Bookings are limited to a maximum of 10 people.
The use of personal go-pros, cameras, phones, other electronic devices, and unofficial recording equipment on The Slide is not allowed.
Your Slide time will be allocated upon arrival at the attraction within your designated time slot.
For safety reasons, individuals with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, claustrophobia, vertigo, pregnancy, or conditions preventing compliance with safety rules may not ride The Slide.
Please note that Slide riders muse be at least 1.3m in height and a minimum of eight years old and weigh under 130kg (22 stone). They must wear long sleeves or protective elbow pads (provided).
Those with pre-existing medical conditions should seek medical advice before sliding.
Sliding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

How To Use

You can present your ticket as a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket. Choose the format that is most convenient for you.
Your ticket for The Slide at ArcelorMittal Orbit is only valid during the specified period mentioned in the selected package. Make sure to check the dates and times of validity to plan your visit accordingly.
You can enter the park directly with your ticket. There is no need for additional validation or check-in procedures.
