Entry & Services:
- Free entry for children under 3 years of age. Whereas, an adult must accompany children under 16 to enter.
- London Zoo premises do not allow dogs.
- There are no facilities to store luggage.
- The use of bicycles, scooters, rollerskates, rollerblades, and skateboards is prohibited within the Zoo.
- The last entry is allowed up to one hour before the advertised closing time.
- Wheelchairs are available. It would help if you rent a wheelchair at the venue.
- Parking facilities are available.
- Visitors who are buying concession tickets must carry their required ID.
- You can carry your ZSL London e-ticket or a printed ticket.
