Access to the temporary exhibition is not recommended for people with reduced mobility and who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Children under 14 years of age cannot enter the palace alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
Reduced tickets for children between 6-12 years, seniors 65 and above, students under 25, unemployed individuals, and disabled visitors.
A valid proof is required.
You can participate in the 9:15 am and 9:45 am tours on Mondays (excluding public holidays) without additional charges until the tours are full.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
Store your belongings in the shop area's lockers for free, ensuring they fit within the maximum size of 30x42x50cm.
