- People are responsible for their personal property, as well as the property of those under their care or supervision, while on the premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire ArtVo premises.
- No person affected by, or who appears to management to be affected by alcohol or drugs, will be permitted entry to ArtVo or be permitted to remain on the premises.
- No food or alcohol may be brought into or consumed at ArtVo. Non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in sealable plastic bottles or containers.
- Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited on the premises, except for guide, hearing, and assistance dogs.
- Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times. Shirts are required, and offensive attire will not be allowed.
- Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times at ArtVo premises. Persons who fail to comply will not be permitted entry into the premises.
- No running is permitted on or in the vicinity of the ArtVo premises or anywhere within the ArtVo premises.
- Any videos, photographs, or sound recordings taken by you whilst on the premises must be for personal use only.
- Weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, flammable liquids, or any items that may cause harm or discomfort are prohibited.

Entry & Services:
- ArtVo welcomes guests with special needs and disabilities. The venue is wheelchair and pram accessible, with clear paths throughout.
- ArtVo encourages leaving prams in the cloakroom and using a carrier when possible.
- Lockers are available for a small fee of $2. Where possible, ArtVo advises that large bags and bulky belongings are avoided.
- Lost property will be stored at the front desk.
- The main service is the ability to interact with the 3D art, so visitors can take photos and become part of the illusions.
- There's a small gift shop where you can purchase souvenirs related to the gallery and the artwork.

- You can present either a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket.
- ArtVo Tickets are only valid during the period specified in the selected package.
- You can enter the attraction directly with this ticket.

- Bus Link’s route 220 will also drop you at The District’s doorstep. (Stop 6 - Footscray Road) Buses run every 15 minutes, seven days a week.
By Train:
- Take the train to Southern Cross Station and walk over the Bourke Street Pedestrian Bridge to The District Esplanade, then along Docklands Drive or the waterfront to The District.
By Car:
- The District Docklands East & West Car Parks. Secure, multi-level undercover parking with multiple auto-pay options. No pre-booking is required.
By Metro:
- Free Tram. The City Circle free tram stops right outside The District Shopping Centre, Docklands Drive. Take Tram 70 (via Flinders Street) OR Tram 86 (Via Bourke Street) to the District tram stop.

What do i need to bring?
Patrons will also need to bring their smartphones and cameras to take the photos. Staff can take photos with their cameras and will share them via airdrop or Bluetooth.
