Entry & Services:
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible.
- Children (0-15 years) must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children aged 16+ are charged at the adult rate.
- Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
- Concession tickets require a valid Australian seniors, student, or health care card. If a valid card is not presented, the price difference must be paid at the door.
- Photography is welcome and encouraged.
- Animal encounters must be booked upon arrival and are subject to availability.
- Bookings for animal encounters are essential and must be made at the entrance before the scheduled time.
- Photo sessions allow up to four people per photo, depending on the chosen animal.
- Hand-feeding is permitted for kangaroos and emus with designated "roo food" available at the ticket office. No other food is allowed.
- Do not feed any other animals, as they require special diets.
- Photos will be ready within 60 minutes and can be collected from the gift shop staff.
- What to bring: A valid ID or student card.

We recommend allowing 2 hours minimum. Many guests will spend most of the day at the Park.
