Entry & Services:

Visitors under 18 years old and disabled persons holding a disability card or a "priority" card, accompanied by a person, can enter for free. Free tickets can be obtained on-site.
Free and open wifi is available to all visitors.
Cloakrooms are provided for free to drop off coats, small luggage, and other items with compulsory deposit. Maximum cabin size baggage (56x45x25 cm) is allowed; valuables are not accepted.
Wheelchairs, folding seats, and usable canes are available. Baby carriages with a metal frame are not accepted, but strollers are available in the cloakroom. These facilities require a piece of identification.
Elevators and ramps make the entire museum circuit, temporary exhibitions, and commercial areas accessible to people with reduced mobility and strollers.
The museum is equipped with numerous sanitary facilities, some adapted for disabled people.
A baby changing area is provided on level -1, on the adult group reception side.
