Rules:

Picnics allowed in most parts, except the Conservatories. No picnic furniture allowed throughout the Gardens.
Prohibited: bicycles/tricycles, roller skates, skateboards, scooters. Secure bikes at stands. Cycling allowed on waterfront promenade, Scented Walk, and Bay East Garden perimeter.
Food and drinks prohibited in the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.
Dogs allowed at the Outdoor Gardens, not at the Conservatories.
Smoke-free environment.

May 19, 2025: Supertree Observatory will close at 5 pm for a private event.

Entry and Services:

Wheelchairs (including motorized ones) and seated mobility scooters allowed.
Auto Rider services are temporarily suspended.
Electronic lockers are accessible for a fee.
Free WiFi is provided in the garden.
ATMs are located at the Canopy.
Professional first aid services are on-site.
Bottle filling stations can be found at Bay East Visitor Centre, Supertree Grove, Active Garden, and Bayfront Shuttle Service.

How To Use

You can present your ticket as either a printed copy or a mobile e-ticket, whichever is more convenient for you.
Your Gardens by The Bay Tickets are only valid during the specified period mentioned in the selected package.
Make sure to check the dates and times of validity to plan your visit accordingly.

By Train / Bus:

Circle Line / Downtown Line: Alight at Bayfront MRT (CE1/DT16), take Exit B, follow the underground linkway, then cross Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge.
East-West Line: Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT (EW15), take Exit C to bus stop 03223 (International Plaza, Anson Rd), board Bus 400, alight at 03371 (Marina Gardens Drive).
Thomson-East Coast Line: Alight at Gardens by the Bay MRT (TE22), take Exit 1 (beside Satay by the Bay).

By Car:

Bayfront Plaza Car Park: Via ECP, KPE, or AYE, exit onto Sheares Ave or Central Blvd, turn into Marina Blvd, and enter Bayfront Plaza Car Park.
Main Entrance / The Meadow / Satay by the Bay Car Parks: Via ECP, KPE, or AYE, take Exit 2 or 3, turn onto Marina Gardens Drive.

By Walking:

From Helix Bridge / ArtScience Museum: Follow the footpath under ECP to enter Bay South Garden.
From Marina Bay Sands: Cross the Garden Bay Bridge (8:00 AM - 11:00 PM) or use the underground linkway via Bayfront MRT (Exit B).
