Rules:

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the zoo, including outdoor areas.
Feeding animals is not allowed, as it can disrupt their diets and behavior.
Keep a safe distance from the animals and do not tap on glass or touch them.
Pets, including dogs, are not allowed, except for service animals.
Photography is allowed, but flash photography and drones are prohibited.
Bicycles, scooters, and rollerblades are not permitted inside the zoo.
Be respectful and considerate of other visitors; disruptive behavior may result in removal.
Use designated bins for litter and recycling to keep the zoo clean.
Lost items should be reported to the zoo’s lost and found department at Guest Services.
Guests are not permitted to wear an animal costume, dress or behave in a way, or possess an object that is likely to cause disruption, nuisance, or offense to other persons at the Zoo.
For health and safety reasons, guests must wear shoes at all times.
