  • Feeding animals is not allowed, as it can disrupt their diets and behavior.
  • Keep a safe distance from the animals and do not tap on glass or touch them.
  • Pets, including dogs, are not allowed, except for service animals.
  • Photography is allowed, but flash photography and drones are prohibited.
  • Bicycles, scooters, and rollerblades are not permitted inside the zoo.
  • Be respectful and considerate of other visitors; disruptive behavior may result in removal.
  • Use designated bins for litter and recycling to keep the zoo clean.
  • Lost items should be reported to the zoo’s lost and found department at Guest Services.
  • Guests are not permitted to wear an animal costume, dress or behave in a way, or possess an object that is likely to cause disruption, nuisance, or offense to other persons at the Zoo.
  • For health and safety reasons, guests must wear shoes at all times.
