Cancellation policy:

A full refund is available for cancellations made before 5:00 PM on the selected activity date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.

Rules:

Please avoid walking while eating or drinking in the Aquarium. Food and beverages may only be consumed at designated areas: the 3rd-floor Stadium and Shiokaze Plaza in the North Building, and the 2nd-floor vending machine corner (drinks only) in the South Building.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas: two locations on the 3rd-floor roof of the North Building, Shiokaze Plaza in the North Building, outside the North Building exit, and outside the South Building exit.
To protect the animals, please refrain from using flash photography in prohibited areas and avoid using lights when recording videos.
For the safety of the animals, balloons are not allowed in the Aquarium. Visitors with items deemed dangerous by our staff may be denied entry.

Know Before You Go

Entry & Services:

The aquarium staff speaks only Japanese. For explanations in other languages, please rent an audio guide upon arrival.
Visitors can re-enter the Aquarium multiple times on the same day. Be sure to get a re-entry stamp on the back of your hand and show it to the staff when re-entering.
Baggage is not checked. Coin lockers are available near the entrance: ¥300 for large items and ¥200 for small items.
Assistance is available for guests with disabilities; please approach the staff for support.
Feeding show time is subject to change, please confirm timings with the staff on arrival.
